- Acquire new customers;
- Achieve sales target (including cross-sell target ) of all assigned products;
- Acquiring new loan customers, write up credit paper, analysis to get approval and ensure all document in place before drawdown;
- Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines; Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base;
- Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times;
- Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently;
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets;
- Other Project / Task assigned.
- Bachelor Degree in business related discipline;
- Solid experience in banking at least 2 years;
- Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage;
- Understanding of financial analysis is added advantage;
- Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written English;
- Strong ability to persuade and build relationship;
- Computer literacy.
